Format:  Online and self-study

Frequency:  Meets via Zoom twice a month, August 2024-February 2024 (1 meeting each in November and December)  

Commitment:  What is unique to this study group is that rather than a book, we'll be watching (on our own) the Elizabeth Shown Mills webinar hosted on FamilyTreeWebinars.com. Each meeting, one of the 10 steps from the webinar will be discussed. Plan on doing your part, as we coach one another and demonstrate how we put the steps in action to answer our research questions. 

Requirements for success:

• in order to access the study group webinar, you'll need a membership with Legacy FamilyTreeWebinars.com OR a MyHeritage Omni Plan subscription which includes FamilyTreeWebinars.com
• subscribe (free) to https://skcgs.groups.io/g/Research-Group for meeting reminders and discussion
• register for the online Zoom meetings at https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZ0lfuyorzotGt2O3pPVv1SnFyxNRVHHA6bi#/registration
• at each session, be prepared to discuss and share your progress with one of the 10 steps from the study group webinar
• be willing to participate in peer review by commenting on fellow study group participants' assignments shared via Google Drive
• all submissions must privatize living people since we are not a private group
